The breakfast was traditional and wonderful with poached egg and a great assortment of baked goods, had everything you could want. The location was comfy, so close to the Ricoleta cemetery and posh Recoleta and Palermo.

The staff was amazingly nice and incredible, the room was new-fashioned with private jacuzzi and a large terrace, for example. Also, location was marvellous and stunning, just a short stroll away from Shopping Mall. On top of that, cafés and bars were near to the property.

The hotel is wonderful with top-notch services and American breakfasts. It has a downstairs bar.

We arrived a couple of days early for our cruise and unfortunately, our room wasn't ready. But the staff at Mio were incredibly helpful, storing our bags and suggesting places to explore in Recoleta. When our room was finally available, we were pleasantly surprised by its spaciousness and well-designed layout. The hotel handyman even fixed a lighting issue for us. The location couldn't have been better, just a short walk to the church, cemetery, and sidewalk cafes. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, and the hotel itself was a little gem in the heart of Recoleta. I highly recommend this hotel for its location and helpful staff.

The hotel was very nice, although a few basics were conspicuously missing, including irons/ironing boards; toiletries were not refreshed each day and the like.

The room was very nice. My safe did not work throughout my visit, but otherwise, the room was quite nice.

It had central location close to a public square. This hotel was in a very nice area close enough to a fountain that was quieter, all the attractions of Recoleta, and a more upbeat nightlife.

Highly professional staff suggested restaurants. The location was best possible and top - just 5 minutes' walk from Shopping Mall. There were a shopping mall and boutiques around the hotel.

Unbeatable location and good modern and charming small hotel. Very well maintained building and rooms with private hot tub included with a deck. A popular restaurant and a downstairs bar available.

We had lovely breakfast plus top-notch service. Actually, the room was big and unique with all facilities. Location: the hotel was close enough to the El Ateneo Grand Splendid, housed in a former theater and downtown and great shops, restaurants, parks and the cemetery.
